Rush Service Rush service is available on both warranty and non-warranty repairs for an additional $60 rush fee. Please note that this will get your equipment inspected as soon as we receive it. However, we cannot predict if we will need to order parts to complete the repair so we cannot promise you a quick turn-around, only that it will be repaired as quickly as possible. The rush fee does not cover express shipping costs of any parts that we may have to order to complete the repair. Bench Charge/Estimate Fee & Minimum Service Charge You are only charged the bench charge if we troubleshoot the problem but you decline the repair. If you approve the repair there is no bench charge. The charge for troubleshooting equipment is $36. The minimum service charge for any repair is $36, regardless of how long it takes. If no problem is found with the equipment after testing, you must pay the bench charge. Estimates We will call you with an estimate of the repair costs. If you decline the repair, you must pay the bench charge ($36) for our effort. Contract Labor If you want the equipment repaired up to a certain cost and do not need to be contacted with an estimate before having the item repaired, mark the service contract as contract labor, and specify if you have a cost limit on the repair. This can really speed up turn-around times if you are hard to reach during our business hours . |
